- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup heat-treated flour
- pinch of pink sea salt
- 2 tbsp biscoff spread
- 4 biscoff cookies, crumbled
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Cookie Butter sprinkles

Combine the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.

Scoop into a round mini pan and add extra sprinkles.

Serve chilled and keep in the fridge for up to 1 week. ENJOY!
