Champagne Toast Popcorn

3, 2, 1…Happy New Year! I think it’s safe to say that we are all excitedly welcoming in this New Year. Let’s celebrate what the future holds with a glass of bubbly and a bowl of chocolate sprinkled popcorn.

Chocolate Sprinkled Popcorn

1 bag microwave popcorn, popped
1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
Sprinkle Pop “Champagne Toast” sprinkles

1. Pop the popcorn according to package instructions.
2. On a parchment lined baking tray, spread out the popped popcorn evenly.
3. Melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately.
4. Drizzle melted chocolate over the popcorn and immediately cover with sprinkles. Let cool. Enjoy!
