We’re friends, right?! Let’s just cut to the chase and say that while chocolate chip cookies are great chocolate chip cookie dough is really where it’s at. So if you are looking to level up your quick and easy snack game grab or make some edible cookie dough and follow along.
Start with an ice cream cone, waffle ones are uber trendy right now, and fill the cone with approximately 2 tablespoons of the edible chocolate chip cookie dough or enough to get it to the top. Mix some chocolate cookie crumbs into buttercream and give it a drop or two of a brightly colored food dye. Hint: I personally recommend an icy blue to create an eye-catching contrast. After the buttercream is mixed up put it into a piping bag fitted with a Wilton 1M tip and give that cookie dough ice cream cone a worthy swirl on top.
Last, but certainly not least, grab a jar of Sprinkle Pop sprinkles and give each cone a healthy dash or two of brightly coloured sprinkles. Pictured is the “Royal Plume” mix which contains a very regal assortment of blue, purple, pink, and aqua sprinkles with a few hints of gold and silver. See, that wasn’t so hard at all, was it? You didn’t even have to turn on the oven.
