Healthy Sprinkled Brownies

I love brownies. I also love fitting into my skinny jeans. And in order to enjoy both of those things: I've created a healthy yet incredible decadent brownie recipe that feels so totally indulgent without actually indulging. 


1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup light peanut butter
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/8 cup stevia
1/4 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray and parchment line a 9x4 baking pan. Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl until smooth and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes and allow to fully cool in the pan before removing. Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
