Pumpkin Pie Parfait

Pumpkin pie but without all the work. Now that's my kind of dessert! These pumpkin pie parfaits come together in a snap and will wow any crowd with a simple but eye-catching layered presentation. Grab any glass or jar you have and let's get this easy show-stopping dessert on the go!
 
Pumpkin Layer:
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
Graham Cracker Crumble
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salted butter, melted
Whipped Topping
1 cup of heavy cream
2 tbsp. icing sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Sprinkle Pop “Talk Turkey” sprinkles
1. Combine all the crumble ingredients in a bowl until a wet sand like consistency is achieved and spread onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, stirring half way through. Allow to fully cool before using. 
2. In the bowl of a stand mixer combine all the pumpkin layer ingredients and whip on medium speed until thick. Refrigerate while making everything else.
3. In the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment combine the whipped topping ingredient and whip on high until stiff peaks are achieved.
4. In a jar, glass, or cup start layering each part with a dash of sprinkles between each layer. Finish with the whipped topping.
