Summer most definitely means campfires. And campfires most certainly mean s'mores! A warm toasted marshmallow smooshed between melted chocolate and crunchy graham crackers. What's not to love? But why stop there...let's sprinkle it! A few extra steps to the much beloved s'more and you've got yourself the fanciest, the yummiest, and the sprinkliest (I'm going to pretend that's a word) s'more in the history of s'mores!
Start with 2 graham crackers and on one side of each, drizzle a bit of salted caramel sauce. This is going to be the "glue" so to speak. Add the marshmallow(s) on top of the caramel sauce and put the other graham cracker on top. With a mini kitchen blowtorch, get all toasty over that marshamllow. Perhaps you like yours ever-so-slighty warm. Maybe you're a golden brown s'mores type. Or...go full on torched and burn that baby up!
Once you've reached the preferred level of toasted perfection, it's time to dip! In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until fully melted and smooth. Take that toasted s'more and dip one end in the melted chocolate gently shaking off the excess chocolate over the bowl. Grab your Sprinkle Pop sprinkles and dip, dunk, or sprinkle away. Set the sprinkle s'more on a piece of parchment paper to fully set and there you have it...a summer s'mores that's sprinkled perfection.
