Easy Mini Crescent Roll King Cakes

Directions

1. 1. Preheat your oven as directed on the crescent roll dough.
2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
3. 3. Separate the crescent dough into triangles. Lay them flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. 4. Spread the prepared filling evenly over the crescent roll triangles.
5. 5. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point to form a crescent shape. Arrange the rolls into a circle
6. 6. Bake the crescent rolls according to the package instructions or until golden brown.
7. 7. In the bowl of a stand mixer blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
8. 8. Once the crescent rolls are cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
9. 9. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to create a smooth icing.
10. 10. Drizzle the icing over the King Cake, and immediately sprinkle your "Fat Tuesday" Sprinkle mix on top for a festive touch.
