Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Beat Butter and Peanut Butter: Mix butter and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add Sugar: Gradually blend in 3 cups powdered sugar.
- Add Liquid Ingredients: Mix in vanilla, salt, maple syrup, and 2 tbsp cream/milk. Add more sugar or cream to achieve desired consistency.
- Whip Until Fluffy: Beat on high speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Use or Store: Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Re-whip before using.
