Ingredients:

  • For the Fudge:

    • 2 cups white chocolate chips
    • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Red or pink gel food coloring (adjust the amount to achieve the desired pink hue)
    • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry or strawberry extract for a fruity flavor
  • For the Icing Drizzle:

    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
    • A drop of pink or red food coloring
  • For Decoration:

    • Pink velvet sprinkle mix (Shop Below)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fudge:

    • Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
    • In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Melt over low heat, stirring frequently to prevent burning, until the mixture is smooth.
    • Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and optional raspberry or strawberry extract. Add the gel food coloring a little at a time until you achieve your desired pink shade.
    • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  2. Chill the Fudge:

    • Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is set.
  3. Prepare the Icing Drizzle:

    • In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar with milk or cream until smooth. Add a drop of food coloring to match the fudge's pink color.
    • Transfer the icing to a small piping bag or a ziplock bag with a tiny corner snipped off.
  4. Decorate the Fudge:

    • Once the fudge is set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares or heart shapes for a more festive look.
    • Drizzle the pink icing over the fudge squares in a zigzag pattern or any design you like.
    • While the icing is still wet, sprinkle generously with the pink velvet sprinkle mix for that extra Valentine's Day flair.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Let the icing set for a few minutes before serving your beautiful pink velvet fudge, perfect for sharing with your Valentine or at any Valentine's Day celebration.
This pink velvet fudge, with its creamy texture, romantic colors, and festive decorations, is sure to be a hit on any Valentine's Day event or as a thoughtful handmade gift for someone special.
