- 1 large bar of almond bark
- Purple food coloring
- One package of lemon Oreo’s (or your favorite flavor)
- Thin popsicle sticks
- One bag of chocolate chips
- Ziploc bag or thin piping bag
- 1 bottle of Rose Gold Butterfly Sprinkles
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, heat your almond bark in the microwave in small increments until completely melted.
- Next, add in drops of the purple food coloring and slightly mix them, leaving a swirl pattern
- Fill your molds about ¼ full with the mixture and use a spoon to brush the mixture onto the sides of the mold
- To place the oreos in, separate them, leaving one side of the oreo with the filling. Place the side with the filling inside of the mold with the filling facing up, repeating until the mold is completely full.
- Grab your popsicle sticks and push them into the frosting of the oreo then close this off by placing the other half of the oreo on top.
- Pour the rest of the mixture over the top of the oreos and pop them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
- While your pops are in the fridge, melt your chocolate chips in increments in the microwave until they are completely melted and move the mixture to your piping bag.
- Take your oreo pops out of the fridge and lay them on a baking sheet.
- Pipe your chocolate over them in drizzled lines and white the chocolate is still wet, place your Rose Gold Butterfly sprinkles on your oreo pops.
- Pop back in the fridge for only 5 minutes so everything sets and enjoy!
