Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Beat Butter and Peanut Butter: Mix butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add Sugar: Gradually blend in 3 cups powdered sugar.
  3. Add Liquid Ingredients: Mix in vanilla, salt, maple syrup, and 2 tbsp cream/milk. Add more sugar or cream to achieve desired consistency.
  4. Whip Until Fluffy: Beat on high speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  5. Use or Store: Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Re-whip before using.
