Instructions
1. Melt chocolate in the microwave using 30-second bursts.
* Pro tip: Avoid overheating to prevent challenges in removing chocolate from the mold.
2. Fill the cavities 1/3 full with chocolate.
3. Place the first graham cracker and press in gently.
4. Use a pastry bag or a ziplock bag with the corner cut off to pipe a dollop of strawberry marshmallow fluff.
5. Top with the second graham cracker and press down until chocolate begins to spill over the top.
6. Spoon on additional chocolate to cover the graham cracker.
7. Tap the mold gently on the counter to settle the chocolate.
8. Place the mold in the fridge for 30 minutes. S'mores should easily release from the mold. If you encounter difficulties in releasing the chocolate, refrigerate them for a bit longer.
