  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk, as needed for consistency

    • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
    • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Prepare the Filling:
    • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Assemble the Rolls:
    • Once the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface.
    • Sprinkle Pastel Party on the top work surface and roll the dough into a 16x21-inch rectangle embedding the sprinkles into the surface of the dough as you roll..
    • Spread the softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    • Roll the dough tightly from the long end and cut into 12 rolls.
    • Place the rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Cover and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  • Bake the Rolls:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Bake the rolls for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Prepare the Frosting:
    • While the rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Add milk as needed to achieve a spreadable consistency.
    • Stir in the 1/4 cup of rainbow sprinkles.
  • Finish the Rolls:
