Ever heard the saying, "Always a bridesmaid"? This sprinkle mix is inspired by the wedding colors that are currently all the rage: Rose Gold, Navy Blue, Silver & White

INGREDIENTS: Beeswax, calcium stearate, carnauba wax, cocoa, confectioner's glaze, corn starch, corn syrup, dextrose, dextrin,  glucose powder, glycerin, gum Arabic, HPMC, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, lecithin (SOY), magnesium silicate, maltodextrin, mica based pearlescent pigment, natural and artificial flavors, palm kernel oil, reduced protein whey (MILK), salt, sugar, tapioca dextrin, tapioca starch, xanthan gum, blue 2 (e132), gold (e175), iron oxide (e172), red 3 (e127), red 40 (e129), titanium dioxide (e171), yellow 5 (e102), yellow 6 (e110), citric acid, and less that 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate.

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions by our customers. Please note that not all questions will be relevant to the product mentioned above since we offer several different types of products.

The largest balls are chocolate with a candy coating, similar to an M&M

Our smaller balls are pressed dextrose. They have a similar bite to a sweet tart

Sprinkle mixes are guaranteed for 18 months after production. We intentionally keep our backstock low to ensure our customers receive the freshest possible product.

However, in reality, there is no reason why they wouldn't last for several years, provided they are stored in a cool, and dry environment. Exposure to sunlight or fluorescent light may cause color fading, especially in pinks and purples. 

Yes, you can, however some of the balls may loose their shape.

Our specialty pieces make up a small percentage of the sprinkle mix. These hand-piped characters are meant to be accent pieces. You should expect to see the following amounts in our packaging.

2 oz: 6-8 pieces
4 oz: 10-12 pieces
8 oz: 18-20 pieces

For Wafer specialty pieces, you can expect roughly 5 pieces per ounce.

Our Metallic Sprinkle Mixes contain silver and/or gold dragee pieces which are sugar coated in a non-toxic silver & gold food color. These colors have been approved for consumption in the EU & Canada but have not yet be evaluated by the USA FDA. For this reason, they are labeled "For Decorative Use Only." Cake decorators all over the world have been using and eating dragees for decades. Please use this information to make your own determination on the edibility of metallic dragees.
